Terms for program
The referee has to be a new customer for Styla GmbH. It is possible for a referrer to have several referees, but a referee can only have one referrer. We reserve the right to decline a recommendation or commission if we have an existing relationship with the company that is been referred.
The right to a commission for the Referral Program only comes into effect if the referee is a paying customer (from 5.000$ GMV/month). The referrer receives a monthly commission of 15% after the referee has paid his fee to Styla. For example: If we invoice a referee with 6.000$ and the amount is paid, the referrer receives a commission of $900. The commission is credited on the referrer's monthly invoice. If the referrer is on a free plan, he must invoice Styla monthly (the amount will be shared by Styla at the beginning of the following month).
The right to a commission ends automatically after 12 months. Furthermore, the right to a commission expires if the referee uninstalls Styla app.
We also reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time.
